Three years of receipts in shoeboxes, a tax notice from NRA, and a sub-contractor payroll that no one had reconciled since 2020. Cash was tight; trust in numbers was tighter.

What we did

Reconstructed two fiscal years of books, filed amended returns, restructured the contractor classifications, and built a monthly close discipline the in-house team now owns.
